Route description from Düsseldorf airport:

  • Take the A44 towards the A3 and pick up the A3 towards Düsseldorf and Köln at the Ratingen-Ost intersection.
  • At the Hilden intersection, take the A46 towards Wuppertal
  • Proceed as described under ‘from the A46 Düsseldorf’

 

Route description from the A46 Düsseldorf:

  • Take the A46 to the Sonnborner intersection (31) and then take a slight right onto the L418  towards W.-Cronenberg/W.-Ronsdorf.
  • Drive through the Burgholz tunnel and continue on the L418.
  • Turn off left in Ronsdorf behind the Blombachtal bridge onto the B51.
  • Follow the B51 towards Wuppertal-Beyenburg into the valley.
  • After the first traffic lights, take a slight right and drive over a bridge towards Wuppertal-Beyenburg
  • Take a left onto Beyenburgerstraße straight after the bridge, which later becomes Wupperstraße.
  • The Erfurt & Sohn KG buildings are located on the right side after approx. 3.5 km

 

Route description from Dortmund airport:

  • Drive towards Hagen/Wuppertal on the A1 and proceed as described under ‘from the A1 Dortmund’

 

Route description from A1 Dortmund/Leverkusen and the A43 Bochum:

  • Coming from the A43, take the A1 towards Leverkusen at the Wuppertal-Nord intersection
  • At the Wuppertal-Ronsdorf exit, leave the motorway and follow the B51 towards Wuppertal
  • Continue straight on the B51 towards Wuppertal-Beyenburg into the valley
  • After the first traffic lights, take a slight right and drive over a bridge towards Wuppertal-Beyenburg
  • Take a left onto Beyenburgerstraße straight after the bridge, which later becomes Wupperstraße.

 

Reaching us on public transport;

  • Arrival at Wuppertal Oberbarmen train station
  • Take the bus line 616 or 626 The bus stop is on the bridge under the cable railway
  • The bus journey to Erfurt & Sohn KG takes about 15 mins The bus stop is directly in front of the administration building
